D1 Training Downtown Orlando

Never easy and always worth it! I've been working out with Coach Tai and Coach Rich at 6am for the past 6 months and have seen improvements in my agility, flexibility and definitely strength. I've also really enjoyed getting to know the staff at D1 and my fellow athletes, they definitely create a welcoming community atmosphere here.

The D1 Team and fellow athletes go above and beyond to maximize your time in the gym while raising your fitness level across strength, agility, performance, and more! My wife and I found our way to D1 after getting bored with our routine at our previous gym. A month in, we're well on our way to be the healthiest we've been in a decade or two. I've been a member of many gyms and other group fitness "boxes" and can say this is by far the hardest I've ever worked and I love it. Add to that the additional focus on joint stability exercises and my aging body's issues seem to be disappearing. Out of the gym, our activities (e.g. cycling) are seeing vast improvements as well!

My 14 yo son LOVES this gym! The coaches are positive and supportive and care about the athletes using correct form and technique. My son has been working out at a speed school for 2 years and this school is awesome! Take your kids to try it out! I bet they love it!!!

I took advantage of the six week challenge and I just completed my fifth week. It’s been an amazing experience so far! I love all the coaches and the team workouts. Thank you so much for the opportunity and I look forward to continuing my health journey with D1.
